How to Get Mobile Detailing Clients

You get clients by closing the leaks that lose them before anyone talks price. Across episodes 1 to 5 Marcus loses a $250 ceramic coating to one missed call, loses jobs to a link page that cannot take a time, drives an hour to a lead that was never in range, hides his price to “get them on the phone”, and never asks for the review. Closing all five is worth +$2,620 a month on his own numbers.

How to Get Mobile Detailing Clients FAST | Marcus & DIAL S1 Pt 1

Season 1, Part 1 · episodes 1 to 5 · 7 min 43 sec

DIAL’s fix

  1. Text back every missed call, instantly, so a call you could not answer still books itself.
  2. Replace the link stack with one page that takes a time and a deposit.
  3. Put your cities and your radius on the page so out-of-range leads stop arriving.
  4. Post the starting price. Hiding it to get people on the phone loses the ones who would have booked.
  5. Ask for the review automatically, the same day, instead of remembering to.

The text from fix 1, the missed call. The other four are on the episode pages above:

Hey, Marcus with [Business] here. Just missed you, I am under a car right now. What is the vehicle and your zip? I will send you a price in five minutes.
