Straight answers,
before you book.

It starts with a free 15-minute visibility audit. If we go ahead, within 48 hours you open your working site on your own phone. We go through it together, you tell us what to change, and you fill in a short questionnaire. The Final Drive is a 60-minute call where we hand over the finished site, 3–5 business days later.

Once we start, you see a working site within 48 hours, on a live URL, on your own phone. Not a mockup and not a slide deck.

No. We draft it from the Test Drive call and what's already working for you. You review and correct it before the Final Drive. Most contractors change a handful of lines and nothing else.

We build alongside it. Nothing changes on your live site until you approve the new one, and we handle the domain switch so you don't lose search rankings or email.

Please do. The person who answers your phones usually has the sharpest opinions about what the site needs to do.

$1,250 total, split into two equal payments. The first half is due on your Test Drive call, only once you've seen your working site and decide to move forward. The second half books your Final Drive.

Yes, completely. We build your Test Drive site before you pay anything. If it's not right for you on the call, you owe nothing.

Nothing is charged until you approve your Test Drive on the call, so there's nothing to give back. If it's not right, you owe nothing. Once you approve and pay, that payment stays paid — from there you're covered by unlimited revisions and our correction guarantee.

Yes — $1,250 total, split into the two payments described above, never recurring. Cruise Control is a separate, optional monthly plan you can cancel any time.

No. The build stands on its own. Cruise Control is $399 a month and covers hosting, unlimited changes, call tracking, missed-call text-back and your listings across five platforms. Your first two months are free.

No. Cruise Control is month to month. The only commitment is the build, and you see your Test Drive site working before you pay a cent.

The build includes up to 8 service pages. Additional pages are $99 each, any time.

If the final build doesn’t reflect the feedback you gave on the call or the answers in your questionnaire, we fix it free. Tell us within 7 days of the Final Drive.

Revisions are unlimited. We keep working until it's right — we're not counting rounds and we're not billing you for changing your mind.

If the final build misses the promised 5 business days from your questionnaire, you can claim a $100 credit, and another $100 for every further 5 days.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results. What we control is doing the work properly and showing you what changed.

Both. Every build ships with directory sync across five platforms and proper on-page setup. Cruise Control adds call tracking, missed-call text-back, review alerts and monthly upkeep.

Listings and on-page work start showing inside a few weeks. Local ranking movement usually takes two to three months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something.

Yes, for content and layout changes to your site, for as long as your plan is active. Send them as they come up — we work through them one at a time, usually within two business days. New pages beyond your page count are $99 each.

Your domain, your content and your customer data go with you. The website build itself stays with TrueDrive, and we'll walk you through your options so you're never left offline.

If you work in people's homes and your next job starts with a search, yes. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, pool, garage doors, pressure washing, solar, concrete, tree service, appliance repair, handyman — and plenty not on that list. Call and ask.

Book anyway. Plenty of contractors take the call, sit on it for a few months and come back. Nothing expires.

Koni does. You're not being handed to an account manager, and the person who picks up the phone is the person doing the work.

For concrete, usually yes. It filters out people whose budget was never in range and shortens a long decision cycle.

They're different searches with different intent. Someone pricing a driveway isn't looking at patio galleries, and one page won't rank for both.

Most of it. Decorative and stamped work especially is chosen visually, not from a description.

Because it's the question every homeowner is silently asking. Answering it before they have to look reduces the hesitation that costs you the call.

Almost certainly. Search volume in LA is real and rising, and most of your competitors haven't built one.

We draft it from our call and you correct anything that isn’t right. You know the code requirements; we know what a homeowner needs to read.

For garage doors more than almost any trade. The search window is minutes long and it's decided on who looks available now.

If you offer it, it should be the loudest thing on the page. It's the main reason someone picks one company over another.

Separate pages. Someone replacing a door is researching styles and prices; someone with a broken spring is not.

That's where it earns its keep. Tune-ups, maintenance plans and replacements are researched decisions — people read before they call, which is the opposite of an emergency breakdown.

Yes. If you offer financing, it goes where someone comparing a $9,000 replacement will actually see it.

Built in. People can sign up from the site instead of waiting for you to chase them.

As many as you have. The gallery is the most important thing on a landscaping site, so we don't cap it.

Yes. We capture property size and scope up front, so you can decide before you spend an afternoon on a quote.

We work with what you have, and the photo session add-on exists for exactly this. Good photos change what a landscaping site can charge.

Because people search for the pest, not the industry. "Bed bug treatment Los Angeles" and "termite inspection" are different searches with different intent, and one page can't rank for both.

That's how we structure it. Recurring plans are where the margin is, so every service page ends there rather than on a single treatment.

Yes, and it's worth its own page. Those searches are deadline-driven and convert fast.

48 hours to a working site you can open on your phone. The finished build lands 3–5 business days after our call.

That's what it's built around. Click-to-call above the fold, fast loading on cell data, and service pages for the searches people actually type at midnight.

Yes. Every build includes your Google Business Profile and directory sync across five platforms, because for emergency searches the map results sit above your website.

Usually yes. It filters out people shopping purely on price and means the calls you take are already halfway sold.

Very. "Pool heater repair Los Angeles" is a high-value search with far less competition than general pool service.

That's the point of structuring it this way. Recurring contracts are the business; the cleanups are just how people find you.

Because they're separate searches. Someone searching "roof cleaning" won't find you on a page about driveways, even if you do both.

Usually the best margin on the site. Fleet and HOA contracts recur, and almost nobody builds pages for them.

As many as you have, organised by surface. It's the only thing on the page doing real convincing.

Before storm season, not during. The pages that convert storm traffic take days to write properly and you won't have days when the phone is going.

Yes, and it's usually the highest-traffic page on a roofer's site. We write it from how your process actually works.

Every build includes a before/after gallery. For roofing it does more selling than any paragraph.

Because your prospect has already been sold to badly by someone else. Answering plainly beats persuading.

Only ones you can defend. An inflated number gets checked and costs you the call.

Yes. Storage is a fast-growing search with far less competition than panels.

They're different people in different states of mind. One is comparing quotes, the other wants someone on the phone now.

Yes. It's the most confusing part of tree work in LA, and being the company that explains it clearly wins trust before the quote.

Each gets its own page. They're separate searches with much less competition than removal.

28.6% of the housing predates 1940. That's knob-and-tube, undersized services and panels that come up in every inspection and escrow.

Almost certainly. Real and rising search volume, and most local electricians haven't built one.

We draft it and you correct anything that isn't right. You know the code; we know what a worried homeowner needs to read.

Hotter than coastal LA and mostly post-war housing, so systems and ducting are under more load and closer to end of life. Replacement and duct work matter more here than they do on the Westside.

That's where it earns its keep. Tune-ups, duct work and replacements are researched decisions. People read before they call.

Yes, and your service-area map shows exactly which parts, so nobody outside your radius wastes your time.

Because the housing is older. 28.6% of homes predate 1940 against a much lower share citywide, which means repipes, cast iron and sewer laterals are everyday work here and rare elsewhere.

That's the point. Emergency calls pay once. A repipe or a lateral replacement is a different order of job, and it's searched for differently.

48 hours to a working site. Final build 3–5 business days after our call.

For route work, yes. Homeowners are comparing three companies on a Saturday morning. The one who shows a number gets the call, and you stop quoting people who were never going to pay your rate.

Yes. Weekly service is mapped to the streets you actually drive. Equipment and repair work can be set to a wider radius, since that's a one-off visit you'll travel for.

All of it — Northridge, Woodland Hills, Encino, Chatsworth, Van Nuys, Granada Hills and the rest. Your map shows exactly where you go.

Older housing and coastal air. Median build year 1959 with 19.2% pre-1940, all of it exposed to salt, which shortens roof life and raises repair demand.

Before storm season. The pages that convert storm traffic take days to write properly, and you won't have days when the phone is going.

Yes, and it's usually the highest-traffic page on a roofer's site.

No. We draft it and you correct it. Most contractors change a few lines.

Nothing changes until you approve the new one. We handle the switch so you don't lose rankings or email.

The domain, the content and your customer data are yours. The build stays with us and stays maintained, which is why we keep improving it instead of handing you a file and disappearing.

Callers see a tracking number on the website. It rings your normal phone. Your real number stays on your van, your cards and your Google listing.

No, when it's set up properly. Your listed number stays consistent everywhere Google checks.

Yes, and you should — it should sound like you.

Nothing sends. It only fires on a genuinely missed call.

Listings and on-page work start showing in a few weeks. Ranking movement usually takes two to three months. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something.

We find them, claim them and fix the ones that disagree with each other. Duplicates are the usual culprit.

No, and nobody legitimate can. Review gating breaks Google's rules and the FTC's. What we do is get you enough genuine reviews that one bad one stops mattering.

You'll know quickly, which is most of the battle. A calm reply does more good than the review does harm.

Having one is the floor. Most are missing categories and service areas — the exact fields Google uses to decide if you match a search.

Yes. It's your profile, on your account. We work inside it.

The ones that produce paying work locally, not vanity terms. Usually 15–30.

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. What you get is knowing where you stand and what to do next.

No. Month to month.

Your domain, your content and your customer data go with you. The website build stays with us, and we'll walk you through your options so you're never left offline.

Yes, for content and layout changes to your site. Requests are handled one at a time, usually within two business days. New pages beyond your page count are $99 each.

The usage numbers are real and moving fast — 6% to 45% in a year. What nobody can promise is how much booked work it turns into yet. The reason it's still worth doing: the work behind it, clean structured data and consistent listings, is the same work that helps you in ordinary Google search.

No, and nobody can. These systems don't publish how they choose. We make you the most findable version of yourself and measure what happens.

Slightly, and it still beats silence. The message says a real person will follow up, which is true. Nobody minds being told they've been heard.

Yes, and you should. It should sound like you, not like software.

Then nothing extra sends. It only fills the gap when you can't get to it.

One a month on the plan, so twelve a year on top of your build. Faster if you want to add them at $99 each.

We suggest based on what's ranking and what's close. You approve. You know your business better than the data does.

When they're real pages answering real searches, yes. Thin pages built to game a keyword do the opposite, so we don't build those.

Not if it's occasional and useful. A reminder that a system needs servicing before summer is a favour. Weekly discount blasts are not, so we don't set it up that way.

Most are. A spreadsheet, an invoicing export, a notebook you type up — we work with whatever you have and clean it as we go.

Yes, and it matters. We only message people who've done business with you or asked to hear from you. That keeps you the right side of the rules and stops you burning the list.

Four to six times a year is plenty. Tied to seasons and slow weeks, not to a calendar reminder.
