Agreement
Using this site or buying our services means you accept these terms. If you have a signed agreement with us and it says something different, the signed agreement wins.
What we do
We build websites for mobile detailers and provide ongoing hosting, maintenance and local visibility services.
How the build works
Free build — we build your site first, free. You get a working site for your business built free, and we go through it together on a call. If it is right for you, that is when your first month starts. If it's not, you owe nothing.
Site Reveal — the call where you see your finished site for the first time. It is built before you arrive, at our cost.
Fees
There is no build fee, no deposit and no setup charge. If you keep the site after your Site Reveal it is $297 a month, billed monthly in advance from the day you say yes. There is no page limit and no per-page charge.
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
Refunds
Nothing is charged until you approve your site on the call. If it isn't what you wanted, tell us and you owe nothing — there's nothing to refund because nothing was ever charged.
If you go ahead, you are billed monthly in advance and can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month already paid is not pro-rated. Revisions stay unlimited for as long as your plan is active.
Revisions
During the build, changes are unlimited. We keep working until you're happy with it.
Changes after launch are also unlimited for as long as you hold an active monthly plan. Requests are handled one at a time, in the order received, and typically turned around within two business days. Unlimited covers content and layout changes to your existing site — it doesn't cover new pages beyond your page count, rebuilds, or work outside the scope of your plan.
If your plan lapses, change requests stop until it's active again.
Correction guarantee
If your site does not reflect the feedback you gave on the call, we fix it. You are month to month, so we keep your business by keeping it right.
If we're late
Because the site is built before you pay anything, there is no delivery deadline for you to be compensated against. If work you have asked for after launch is delayed by a third party outside our control, such as a platform verification, we will tell you and keep you updated.
What we need from you
The content and photos you want used, and permission to use them. You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us.
Who owns what
Your customer list is yours. Those are yours, always, and you take them with you if you leave.
The website build itself — the design, layout, structure and code — remains the property of TrueDrive, licensed to you for use while your account is active. It's how we're able to keep improving and maintaining your site rather than handing over a file and walking away.
If a build payment is more than 14 days overdue we may suspend the site until it's settled.
No guarantee of results
We build sites and run visibility work to a professional standard. We can't and don't guarantee particular rankings, traffic, call volumes or revenue.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Plan-gated services stop when the plan stops. There is no minimum term and no promotional period to pay back. You are month to month from the first day.

By submitting your phone number through a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from TrueDrive about your inquiry — scheduling, follow-ups, and updates on your build or plan. This is a transactional messaging program; we don't send marketing or promotional texts under it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of purchasing any service.
